Where does your record’s sound come from? 🎧
Before a vinyl goes to pressing, the music has to be physically cut into a master. That’s where the way your record will sound takes shape. That’s me @0xmrvinyl in the photo, next to a Neumann VMS82 at the RAND Muzik cutting studio in Germany. This is where the masters for Polvinyl records are made. It’s a DMM machine (Direct Metal Mastering), which means cutting straight into copper. RAND is one of the few cutting studios in the world that owns this equipment. What does it give you?
▪️ fewer clicks and noise coming from the process itself,
▪️ great results on quiet music,
▪️ stability on longer side lengths.RAND also offers classic lacquer cutting (Neumann VMS70 with an SX74 head and a custom Pitch13 feed system), so we choose the technology to fit the music, not the other way around.📍 RAND has already cut over 30 titles for me on this machine. They’ve been doing this for almost 30 years.
📍 I’ve been pressing vinyl since 2013, in Poland, the UK and Germany.
📍 For almost 20 years I’ve been working in vinyl distribution and sales, so I know how to prepare a release that’s attractive in both price and look for your fans.RAND’s experience on one side, mine on the other. We know how it’s done.
Polvinyl is the official RAND partner in Poland. That means your record goes to people who know exactly what they’re doing.Want to release your music on vinyl? Write to us: office@polvinyl.com
Ty
@0xmrvinyl for being us here,
we r not so much active recently but we keep our eyes on @orb 👀
@orb fam, just a little advice. if you see artists, musicians, designers, painters, whatever, and they have collectible posts, collect them. engage. bring more people in and let them feel the difference between web2 and web3. let them feel what real, authentic community support looks like when it’s expressed in actual money. in this case, i’m @zyny_
@jtronix @syndyba @karoglazer @monapolaski @deadstartalk @dagadana and others curator, so half of the tips go to me too. and honestly, that motivates me to bring even more people in, because i’m also getting paid for the time and effort i put into building the community. so collect. even if it doesn’t make much sense to you right now, trust me, there is a point to it. i’m building a community of creators on our app, and those creators already have communities of their own. if it becomes worthwhile for them, they’ll drag their fans here by the ears. 😭🫡collect the artists. support the creators. build the community. 💜
Another great move

🔥 a breakthrough in home audio entertainment 🔥
you are looking at two absolutely innovative media formats. our r&d department achieved the impossible: we successfully placed a perfectly round piece of plastic inside a perfectly square piece of cardboard.
what do you get when you choose vinyl?
✅ 100% music in your music – the
@jtronix and dave brubeck records play exactly the sounds that were pressed into them, at a dizzying speed of 33 1/3 rpm. we guarantee a complete lack of any other sounds.
✅ premium manual interaction™ – physically taking the record out, putting it on the platter, and dropping the needle is strictly required. this builds a unique bond with the album, because without you, it literally just lays there.
✅ gravity at your service – thanks to the advanced use of physics, records placed on a shelf will stay on the shelf.
✅ offline-ready tech – works entirely without wi-fi, ethernet cables, or accepting cookies.
✅ high definition artwork – the print on the @j.tronix cover reflects light in such a way that, in a well-lit room, you can actually see colors.
both albums are 12 inches in diameter. both have a hole in the middle.
we don’t promise they will change your life. but we do promise that if you play them on a turntable, they will spin in circles.
invest in round plastic today.

@jtronix – it’s a band i work with and an album i proudly released. feel free to test physics in practice.
