So for about a year and a half, he could have walked into a record shop and bought Zeppelin II on vinyl. 🎶

the story is pretty simple. some guy called me out of the blue saying he had a few records from germany to get rid of. german records usually mean some bloody schlager stuff that nobody outside germany, and honestly not even that many people in germany, can stand. 😀😂i asked him to send me some pictures, but instead he sent a video. turns out there were a few really cool things in there.what i didn’t expect was the madness live album. it goes for around €100, and i paid just €80 for the whole lot! 💿and there are other little gems in there too, like bauhaus and the smiths. sure, the smiths one is an unofficial pressing, but it’s still worth something to a die-hard fan.i fucking love deals like this. 😍💵🎶😎

buying records is a whole different decision-making process. streaming is cheap, digital photography. zero risk. zero adventure.buying a physical record comes with doubts and uncertainty, but that’s exactly what makes it so satisfying. 💿🖤
