some of the best memories and greatest friendships created happened on Sonar. very thankful for the ones who started up and made it possible. really sad that it’s gone… wonder what’s next for the community behind Sonar. it was about 3 years invested
all that remains is the memories, friends and the moments captured. thank you Sonarians 🥺✌️🫂

a question for anyone who’s had a similar experience…how have you learned to help and care for a relative or friend who has dementia?just received some hard news to take… my grandfather isn’t in the best of health. what was described to me as Alcohol-related dementia… i read a webpage which mentioned it was possible to improve and better themselves if their habits were to change… i do have a lot of research ahead of me. i am travel soon to see him and was just curious as to how to do things & what to do that could help him… not really sure what to expect cause i have no knowledge or experience to anything like this.i do know alcohol is one hell of an addiction, he has drank for many many years seems like it was bound to happen but still a difficult situation to face… just want to say thanks for reading and the help that you share with me. much love,
mlz
