Many countries: France, Germany, Poland, the UK, the US, Spain, Italy and even Australia, where there was no solar eclipse on Wednesday. People were looking at the same Sun, through the same little piece of art.And that’s when I realised again: MORE makes sense.More creativity. More curiosity. More emotion. More connection. More community.BLACK SUN brought together extraordinary artists: including producer Flemming Rasmussen, the legendary producer behind Metallica’s early sound, Józef Skrzek, leader of SBB, Gunes and Christian from Dead Star Talk, Bite Of Me, Michal Rosa Rosicki, Jarek Toifl and many others. Our voice evolves as we evolve. Its tone, colour and character change throughout the day. Our emotions change it. Physical activity changes it.And microphones change it too… dramatically. So how do you choose a microphone that gives your voice more character? Or one that enhances its beauty?And once you’ve chosen the microphone, the journey has only just begun. You still have to choose the right preamp, reverb, compression and countless other creative tools—because every single one of them shapes the way your voice is heard.In professional music production, we call this your vocal signal chain. And your signal chain is an inseparable part of your artistic sound.Now for the most important part…None of this is as complicated as it seems.
