ludwig göransson “oppenheimer”us pressing, 3lp, trifold sleeve plus booklet.this album doubled in value between placing my preorder and the moment the courier handed it over to me.the film was a deeply unsettling experience for me, and even though i can’t pick out individual scenes when listening to the soundtrack, the music works beautifully with the images on screen.can you recommend any other contemporary soundtracks that combine incredible music with equally stunning artwork and packaging?
Best soundtrack in ur opinion?

# orb 4.0 done. next is 4.1three weeks ago orb v4.0.0 came out and sine then we’ve merged 483 pull requests across the app and backend. the final release of 4.0 series came today with 4.0.6.we’ve spent a lot of that time on hardening the app such as posting and playbacks. uploads now continue in the background and recover better on bad connections.![](https://api.grove.storage/ab8957c6fa647a585f45088ef5c3af6af8893f46ca80478bd0b7ccd6b601015e)if you want, you can selectively add exif metadata to your media. we’ve fixed cases many cases posts got stuck or appeared to fail even though they went through.![](https://api.grove.storage/2fd7b4ad403cfff5239c94e573e1f9b413baff36d09e9ee3ba1485730686fe98)orb is getting minified meaning smaller and faster. we’ve removed legacy libraries and assets and made scrolling more fun. navigation and transitions in general are smoother and we’ve cleaned up a lot of the inconsistencies across themes with the objective to unify the core of the app.besides the core, the new apps will play a big role for the next releases. we cannot wait to go live with them so that everyone is able to launch social. for this to work in app we've spent a ton of time on better navigation and more flexible sign in. builders will be able to use many orb’s native flows from their apps and get the result back.![](https://api.grove.storage/04bbc8ffb5cb053161be71c3212990ece895d367b8e0255516f4365e4d00b7a0)the small things we've done are articles that have proper previews in the feed and open in a new app inside orb. you can also add funds by card through Stripe with Lens Onramp without leaving the app. KYC sadly is still needed.![](https://api.grove.storage/cae5023c74e7afbe0cf23058171c61b83c85a621112a94d94a69a3b6ee0dc732)there’s been plenty of work on the feed, with the sole objective of making things more faster also while we've fixed many things across predictions and tokens, those are still very much work in progress similar to notifications and continued hardening underneath.thanks for all the feature and bug reports. they really help us figure out where to spend our time.i think feedback helps us a lot and the core orb is about to face a major lift soon while we follow the new path set by 4.0.next up is 4.1 stay tuned..Full changelog below:## Release 4.0.6, what went out 19 October 2026Fixed- Full-size photos now open the right way up instead of sideways.
- The floating audio player keeps its track when you move between screens.
- Undo repost now shows for all your reposts, in every feed and on the post page.
- A quote that is still posting keeps its original post after you close and reopen the app.
- You can no longer send a blank reply, even one made only of invisible characters.
- Returning users with an expired session can sign back in by tapping their profile, with no wallet step.## Release 4.0.5, what went out 15 October 2026New- Opening a page now slides it over the current one, which drifts aside and darkens, like iOS. Full-screen sheets slide up while the page behind shrinks slightly and blurs.
- Apps can ask Orb to open its tip sheet for an account or a post, and are told whether the tip went through.
- Swiping right from anywhere inside a web app goes back, pinch to zoom is blocked, and the page no longer jumps when the header collapses. Approval modals also stop opening part-way, and app logos fill their tile.
- The app is much smaller: bundled fonts are gone, text uses the native iPhone typeface on iOS and Inter on Android.
- All icons are now drawn from a compact Phosphor icon font instead of bundled Apple symbols.
- Article posts in the feed now show a small preview card with the cover, title, author and likes, and tapping it opens the full article in st3t.
- Many built-in images are now lighter or removed, so the app should take up less space.Fixed- Small iOS text under 22pt now uses the native optical size and letter spacing, so it matches system apps.
- Small Android text no longer carries extra letter spacing.
- iOS renders true SF Pro weights and italics instead of synthesised ones.
- Letter spacing was tuned, the Device ID lock and Camera and Photos icons were resized, and the decorative icon was removed from Sign in with Orb.
- Icon housekeeping from the font work, and the success tick in transaction sheets shows correctly again.
- A launch crash on iOS 27 caused by the font loader is fixed.
- The app header with Close, the app name and More shows at once in the Orb theme and no longer changes colour while the page loads.
- Fast repeated taps inside apps on iOS no longer get lost.
- Very wide images in the composer keep a reachable remove button.
- A post whose publish request is interrupted is no longer published twice. The app quietly re-asks, and if still unsure asks you to check your profile.
- Pending image posts show their real proportions instead of a placeholder ratio.
- Opening the image viewer and a post together no longer breaks the sheet animation.
- Images load from their original source when a network filter blocks Orb's media server.
- Feeds, chat and predictions recover their live updates after a flaky connection on resume.
- Pasting text into the composer on iOS no longer freezes the app.
- Tapping Posted or Reply Sent opens the created post again.
- Choosing a profile photo or cover on iOS no longer fails to import.
- What's New no longer shows a spurious error while a read receipt is pending.
- Connected app logos lose their black inset, and temporary grants are labelled Temporary access with a countdown.
- In OG mode the sticker picker blurs the feed behind it like other modals.
- Mention suggestions in the post composer are now easy to read in Light mode.
- Stickers and Manager no longer sign you out about ten minutes after you approve sign-in## Release 4.0.4, what went out 9 October 2026New- Apps open in a browser-style viewer with a top header, Back and Forward arrows, and swipe navigation, instead of the old bottom bar.
- Songs playing in the background now show up correctly in Control Center on iOS, with working play and pause controls.
- Live sticker reactions now only stream for posts you have loaded, so the app uses less data and runs cooler.Fixed- A post that is still uploading shows one action row, not the normal controls stacked on top of the publishing row.
- Closing the sign-in approval screen while it is still working no longer causes a crash or a stale error toast.
- The unselected Each or Equally pill is readable again in Dark mode when tipping several people.
- The success tick after reporting a post or tapping Not interested is visible in Light mode.
- Freshly posted photos from your library no longer show white slivers at the rounded corners in Dark mode.
- Full-screen attachment buttons use one consistent palette, and only your own reactions appear selected.
- The Predictions header fades with the same progressive blur as the home feed.
- The Predictions header hides and reveals on scroll the same way as the home feed.
- Mentions of people and clubs in a post you have just published render as proper links straight away.
- What's New shows the current reaction count instead of an older one.
- The divider between a post and its reply on a profile follows the theme in Dark mode.## Release 4.0.3, what went out 7 October 2026New- Notification settings now open on two entries, What's New and Push, each with its own Noise Control.
- Browser Sign in with Orb requests that allow it now let you choose temporary ten minute access or keep persistent access.
- The app moved to a newer Flutter release, which also fixes an iPhone cold start that could hang on the splash screen.Fixed- Reposts that actually went through no longer show "Failed to repost", and old failures stop reappearing every time the app opens.
- Replies, quotes and reposts no longer turn into false "Failed to post" errors after publishing, and ones already stuck recover on the next launch.
- Publishing now waits for every attachment to finish uploading before the post is created.
- Predictions loads only the category you open, and search waits until you stop typing, so the screen feels faster.
- Turning on alerts for a second profile no longer switches off the alerts you already had.
- Activity and the Explore catalogue recover from an expired session by refreshing it instead of staying stuck on "Authentication required".
- Cancelling an image post at the moment the app resumes no longer causes a crash.
- On iPhone, the upload Live Activity shows a single attachment at full width and says "Finishing upload" instead of claiming uploads are complete too early.
- Deposits from an external wallet keep their transaction record when the wallet replies twice, and an "Invalid Id" failure now recovers a payment that was actually sent.
- Feed images that fail to load from the image server fall back to the original image instead of showing the retry state.
- Rich text in posts is now built into the app and reuses its text matching rules, so scrolling long posts costs less battery.
- The translation loading shimmer now matches Light and Dark mode instead of always showing a peach gradient.
- The "Keep Orb open to finish posting" notification is gone, because uploads now continue in the background.
- Chat loads again after an update to the chat library had broken sign in.
- On a profile's Replies tab, the original post keeps its reaction previews and counts instead of losing them to an older copy.
- The app opens again on devices where a chat database update had only half finished, with messages intact.
- Switching to a managed profile no longer aborts when Lens sign in returns an empty response, because the app now retries.
- Switching profiles during a profile list refresh no longer shows a spurious load error.
- Feed cards no longer get stuck on grey skeleton pills, reactions stop flickering, and a failed "load more" shows a retry tile instead of an endless spinner.
- The post no longer disappears behind the backdrop when a mint sheet opens mid animation.
- In app notifications now sit above toasts, and the toast slides down and back smoothly instead of overlapping.
- Large tipping balances show in compact form such as 259.01M so they stay on one line in the wallet card.
- Signed in users opening a shared post link now see the post instead of a Not Found page.## Release 4.0.2New- Deposit From has a Cash section that opens Lens Onramp inside the app, so you can add funds by card.
- The Polymarket wallet shows five rows at a time in Open, Closed and History, and Show More reveals five more.Fixed- Manage Profile and Delete Profile both open Orb Manager inside the app, in the usual app frame with a Close button.
- Removing a post or reply you already published now deletes it, and new replies no longer queue forever behind older ones.
- Line spacing in a post stays the same whether or not a line has stickers.
- Pulling down on Edit Profile no longer throws an error.
- In a club feed, Open Club now sits above What's New.
- Adding or removing a sticker reaction no longer shows an error banner.
- The drawer's friends count shows your mutual friends and opens the Friends tab.
- The info icons next to Everyone and Orbit in the post composer now open their tooltips.
- An interrupted app update can no longer leave the app broken until you reinstall.
- The app no longer crashes on iPhone when you go from your profile to Edit Profile.
- Shortened posts in the feed keep their bold text intact before Show More.
- Opening a post from a link no longer crashes the app.
- Your new post, reply or quote stays on screen while it finishes publishing, and a reply is no longer replaced by the post it answers.
- A post no longer stays stuck as unpublished when confirmation is slow.
- Votes, payments and bookmarks made on a post that is still publishing now go through once it is live.## Release 4.0.1, what went out 2 October 2026New- Hey’s pink blossom emoji now appears as an image in posts.
- Prediction event links open the corresponding event in Orb.
- Post mode settings have redesigned controls, amount pickers and date selection.Fixed- Removing a published post immediately closes the confirmation and hides the post.
- Failed chat messages no longer stop later messages from sending.
- Links to missing posts show Not Found instead of loading forever.
- Newly received photos appear in the post attachment picker without restarting.
