Thanks for tagging me.Tbh, I’m a bit bearish on the DAO-style stuff 😅It’s super heavy and eats up a lot of people’s time (I’ve been there on a DAO). A proper governance system would need some mates working on it full-time, and Lens isn’t really set up to pay for that right now.That said, I do like your points on licenses and incentives for creators and builders really need ways to protect and monetise their work, and rewarding both is key to growth.For me, the solution isn’t just relying on the community: Lens should hire more people, especially a strong SMM/CMM, to level up communication, push marketing harder, and make the platform more visible.That’s how you actually attract new creators/builders while keeping the OGs engaged.Then the roadmap for the next 3 months:- Hire a Marketing/SMM.
- Establish a weekly SMM plan including: LC updates, Rewards updates, Issues, Bugs faced and why they happened + one weekly Spaces or Coms call open for everyone.
- Post on Lens and create also an alternative comms channel for urgent comms like when LC is down or any other issues (Telegram Announcements Channel, for instance).
- Rewards for Builders separated from the actual rewards (could be monthly or every second week).
- Explore mini apps integration at the protocol level.
- Stake options for GHO rewards, maybe integrating Aave to LC.
- Restructure all the LIPs ecosystem and relaunch it. Reward LIP creators if LIPs approved and implemented.What's @0xjavi takes?
