Sadly the Taco Bell content as in creators doing commercials for Taco Bell, telling ya how I really feel…not real commercials but peeps on the Divine app are encouraged to do content around this “amazing event of Divine open, no invite needdd, or use code TACO BELL grrr The creators of Divine always had thoughts of big brands making Divine seen to where the user counts would rise fast. Marketing really at the expense of the users.

Watching a train wreck. Been a member of a club, group of friends(30-40) who been looking for an open sourced app for years, freedom to create nonsensical stories, videos, etc. we been on multiple apps, since 2020 and thought DiVine from Nostr would be it. Then DiVine developers wanted users, “mass adoption of newbies, unsuspecting” so now Taco Bell financial contributor . 40,000 new users will join with Taco Bell “creative incentives” Every friggin video I see is some kind of nod to Taco Bell. Not fabulous to see. All the group sees is money to be made, not for me. Turns my stomach, leaving the app. And I am on Nostr more. Here too. Sadly the big money wins, again and good morning fam.

Question. How aware were you when you first “onboarded” to Web3, I ask because a supposed open sourced video platform to get 40,000 users overnight is collaborating with Taco Bell a corporation under PepsiCo an even larger company. Divine, reprised by Rabble ( co founded Twitter, then later other open sourced socials and DiVine is a client on Nostr.) He says it’s to bring the masses but since the announcement, every video is someone doing a Faco Bell related video, as will be getting paid, but from who, what currency and if it’s tokens, how aware or does it even matter people don’t understand the wallet in their profil( in the near future? How else do people receive Taco Bell and Divine money?
