i don't think anyone can disagree that we need more kindness. we need it more than ever. and i believe the best way to be kinder is to first understand the impact kindness has had on us. so i've brought to life kinded, a place where i invite you to write and share a kind thing someone did to you. every note is anonymous and joins the others. through kinded i hope we can realize that kindness, just like us, doesn't belong to an algorithm. it is still ours to choose, and it is free.🌹

one of the problems i have with the feed is that it is designed in a way that you never stay with anything. the consequence of having a lot of content fed all at once is that we forget most of it the second we see it. so we learned to let go of each thing to get to the next one, and after enough time of that i think we forget we even know how to hold onto something.so i brought to life a wall that runs the opposite way. it asks you for one thing, which is the answer to, if everything digital vanished tomorrow, what's the one thing you'd keep, and why?there are no names, no likes, nothing that rises to the top. it's anonymous the whole way through, so the only reason to leave something is that it meant something to you.i've already left mine there. come add yours!!🌹https://thethingsidsave.thehiddeni.com/

"if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord... you will be saved" (romans 10:9)this confession doesn’t mean that i say Jesus is Lord and that’s it, i am saved. noit means that i am recognizing Jesus as the absolute Lord over my life = i am giving up all my ambitions, honor, and absolutely everything else for Jesus and i am living a life of obedience. my only passion in life becomes doing His will at all timesthis is what it means to confess Jesus as Lord, and the only way to be saved🌹

God has “predestined (those who love Him) to become conformed to the image of His Son” (Romans 8:29)to love God means to obey Him (John 14:15). so it’s those who obey God at all times that are predestined to become like Jesus!the first steps towards obedience are: repentance, being born again, and wholeheartedly deciding that we want to do God’s will only (forever)if we do these + do God's will instead of ours for the rest of our lives, we will become like Jesus!!!🌹

"obedience of faith" appears twice in romans (1:5 & 16:26), and it is what we are called to do. and if we are not doing it, then we are not really believing.what does "obedience of faith" mean?
i believe God's Word → i obey it → i die to my self-will and do God's will at all times → the Holy Spirit transforms my inner life into becoming more Christlike (my attitudes, motives, and absolutely everything else becomes more like Christ)and this transformation is the proof that my faith is real🌹

the first three steps towards salvation are: repentance, water baptism, and deciding to do God’s will at all times (not just for a moment but forever)repentance = a 180-degree turn from sin. i looked at sin, i liked sin, i loved sin BUT now i have the same passion ONLY for Godbaptism = a promise we make to God that we will keep our conscience cleardoing God’s will at all times = it is only through it that we will overcome any temptation to sin we may face and keep our conscience clear🌹

"i believe in Jesus" is on everyone’s lips, but in so few heartsit is only those who OBEY Him that truly believe in Him. if you are not obeying God, then you have NO faithobedience means doing HIS will at all times, exactly as Jesus did when He was on earth (John 6:38)

most people are focusing solely on God’s blessings without even considering the conditions that come with them. and by doing that they will never get to experience any of His promisesBUT if we fulfill what God asks of us, we don’t even need to spend our time thinking about the blessing. God will take care of that part!!i’ve written more about this in "the fine print"🌹

in Romans 16:25-26, we read that the mysteries of the gospel have now been made known to all the nations by God TO LEAD them to "obedience of faith" what does "obedience of faith" mean?i believe the Word of God and i submit my will to it, even when it is against my own desires. i die to my self-will and choose God’s will because i am convinced that His path is the bestthis way, my inner life is being transformed and i am becoming more Christlike, which is the proof that my faith is real🌹

God truly has a plan for each one of us, but it will only start "materializing" IF we repent, are born again, and have a zeal for doing God's will and not ours, at all times, exactly as Jesus did His whole life (john 6:38) God loves us and wants us to be at peace, BUT we have to show Him that we love Him as well for Him to start working in our lives, and the only way to do that is by keeping His commandments (john 14:15), which in other words means to do God’s will at all times🌹
