Having lived in numerous cities in China, I would like to call Kashgar the god-level city of citywalks in China. I can never get enough of walking around every day, and I always find something new to explore.

The world is filled with breathtaking scenery, but we could never explore every corner in our lifetime. Nor could we perfectly capture every place.
We can only take a limited number of memories with us, or perhaps we can take nothing with us.

After mixing the rice in the stone pot, pour it all into a bowl. Then, pour hot water from the white bottle into the stone pot and cover it. After finishing the meal, you can eat the soaked rice crust in the pot.

Back in Singapore, I happened to see HiBuddy BBQ in Tanjong Pagar. It's on the same street as Obba Jajjang, but it's probably the largest on the street (p16). Their ingredients are seriously high-quality and fresh.

Today I took some photos and tried Tilt-Shift photography. The equipment is the camera that comes with the phone. You need to shoot from a high place. The lens can be magnified 2-3 times. It is best to have a house or car as a reference. Then use Lightroom to add linear gradient masking to blur the image.
