The only reasons I still use IG ( personal ) is for DMs and I am following some pages related to street culture and so on that I really enjoy! Apart from checking those out I do nothing else! I hate it as well! It’s pointless and so so toxic!!🌹
Hi! It's nice to see people waking up. My only hope is that they don’t bring Instagram’s mentality into Lens. I couldn’t stand Instagram from the start—worship of superficiality, pretension, and materialism. It’s probably one of the worst uses of technology. Instead of inspiring, educating, or truly connecting people, it’s designed to make you feel inadequate and never enough. Let’s make Lens different by promoting and uplifting diversity.
There’s isnt any creativity left there. I stopped using it when i joined Phaver creator program in February. (Another web 3 platform- that you can cross post in multiple platforms at once). Instagram drained me, post reels every day get -10 followers and spend hours, researching, editing and checking how big of a failure I am. I grew here so much and meet amazing people! 💜
This is the truth! I’m glad other people feel the same way about IG
