Let's create a community....I so often hear that the trick to getting the most out of Web 3, and that one of its greatest benefits is the ability t/here to create "community." What does that really mean? No matter how weird, wacky, nerdy, straight-laced, or fucked up of a MFer you are, there are people out there that you would like to have meaningful engagement with. And that means chatting with them about things that matter to YOU BOTH.I would like to create a community from the ground up, and I'm looking for people who want to hop on board and be a part of it from the beginning. People who are looking for meaningful engagement with -- I don't know how many -- other people. Let's play it by ear....Let's make this community about - whatever you would like to make it - but I'm inclined to create one initially that is about tokenomics, crypto, Web 3 distribution channels, and crypto art. Personally, about the only one I know anything about is the last one; so I see the community as starting off as a place where people who know about the other subject areas, and also other crypto artists, come onboard to learn a little about all of these things. Once we do that for awhile, maybe we will come up with an idea for a project.....Also - I have a pool of about a billion tokens called STONE that I have very little idea how to use. Maybe the community can use those assets to create value for ourselves. So this is a call to action: Contact me to organize! Crypto specialists, developers, coders, marketers, artists, project managers. Let's form a community. Let's have a club!! What could we name it?

Artist of the Day 28 OctoberFrancis Bacon (28 October 1909 – 28 April 1992) was an Irish-born British figurative painter known for his raw, unsettling imagery. Focusing on the human form, his subjects included crucifixions, portraits of popes, self-portraits, and portraits of close friends, with abstracted figures sometimes isolated in geometrical structures. Rejecting various classifications of his work, Bacon said he strove to render "the brutality of fact."[1] He built up a reputation as one of the giants of contemporary art with his unique style.
