Alimo weekly update - 10/11/24
Hey friends happy Friday!!!! What a fun week. Wednesday was my birthday and have been celebrating all week. Scored some waves to kick it off, then mixed in work and fun till today. Last night was unreal though. Northen Lights were literally in Brooklyn, NYC for a second, then me and bunch of friends drove up North to see the show. Still shocked by how rad this was. Nature is so dope.
Today I did a little live paint session again. Attached that above. Been really fun sharing some of my process out with ya'll!
Lets get into the weekly updates:
- Got final green light on my upcoming commission. This has been on and off for the past month, very excited to start this up. Next week the games begin! haha
- This week I've been super focused on commercial work. I have a new project with a beer company and their upcoming snowboard film. They hired me to do all the art for the cover and some assets for the tour. Stoked on this one. Tuesday was a pretty intense day getting things to a good spot. Sent over some concepts and now working on edits. This was a super spur of the moment project with a tight deadline. They go on tour next week so I'm scrambling haha. So dope though.

So many other fun things in the works but can't talk quite yet. In the meantime enjoying the birthday week. Going to a fun show under the bridge tonight, 'Black Coffee'. Can't wait!
